Adobe has released a new software specialized for mobile devices with ease of use across smartphones, tablets, and on desktop. The new editing platform, Rush, is a scaled down version of Premiere Pro with a hybrid layout that mimics both Premiere's track system and the more 'trackless' interface popular with other smartphone editing apps like iMovie.
